Current clients are able to book online or contact me via WhatsApp.

Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive the address via email.

I choose to keep the address private to ensure it is solely an invite-only location.

Hours: By appointment only.

Cancellation Policy - Once you become a client, if you cancel within 2 days of your appointment, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

Payment Policy - if you are paying via bank transfer, this must be paid the day before any of your appointments; you can pay on the day of your appointment if you are paying in cash.

Your consultation is at least a week before your fitting date to ensure enough time for the arrival of your hair.

Please make sure your hair is extension free and freshly washed the night before or on the day of your consultation. Additionally, if you are going to colour your hair, it needs to be done at least 7 days before the consultation due to potential fading. Please ensure the colour of your hair is exactly what you want your extensions to be as this is what I will be colour matching at the consultation.

Please note that I cannot give an estimated price before the consultation. I need to see your hair first before any price can be given because everyone’s hair is different, and different people need different amounts, thickness, length etc.
